CBP Daily Statements for June 23 Processed After CIR Delay

Published: June 25, 2026  ·  1 min read

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has confirmed that a technical issue affecting final daily statements for June 23, 2026 has been resolved. The problem originated with the Collections Information Repository (CIR) file from the Department of the Treasury and temporarily prevented final daily statements from being processed.

What Happened

CBP's Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) issued notice #69041190 confirming that the CIR file issue has been corrected and that all final daily statements for June 23, 2026 have now been processed. The notice references a related earlier message, CSMS #69031391, which would have been the initial alert about the disruption.

What This Means for Importers and Brokers

Who to Contact

CBP directed questions and concerns to the Entry Summary, Accounts & Revenue Division (ESAR) at esar@cbp.dhs.gov. If you believe your account was affected and the issue is not fully resolved on your end, reach out to ESAR directly before your next statement cycle closes.

Stay current on CBP system alerts by monitoring CSMS notices regularly. Unplanned system outages can affect statement timing and payment workflows — early awareness helps you respond before deadlines are missed.
